For Sperry Sails to build a headsail that fits properly, fill out the following information and call us with any questions you might have.
General information
1) What type of boat do you have?
2) What size sail would you like?
3) Roller furling or hank-on?
4) If roller furling, which direction does the drum turn when pulling on the furling line and looking down on the drum? (Clockwise or counterclockwise)
Measure the following
5) Hoist- With halyard up as far as it will go
6) Swivel- Shackle to shackle
7) Height of drum- Pin to tack shackle
8) J dimension- Pin to mast
9) Base of headstay to front of genoa track
10) Base of headstay to back of genoa track
Optional measurements
11) Leech- With halyard as far up as it will go to where you would like to see the clew land, around shrouds if necessary
12) Foot- Shackle on drum to where you would like the clew to land.

B- Aft face of mast to tack pin
C- Top face of boom to tack pin
D- Tack pin to max outhaul pin
E- Top face of boom to clew pin*
F- Aft face of mast to reef cheek block**
G- Aft face of mast to reef cheek block**
H- Width of internal slide
I- Diameter of slug
J- Width of external track
K- Attach tape measure to halyard and hoist until it stops. Measure to the top of the boom
L- With the halyard at the same location, hold the boom at the proper height and measure to the max outhaul position
